You will work as part of a small highly skilled team to deliver products that solve industry problems largely in the Energy and Sustainability sectors. We have an office on Oxford Road in Manchester and can support remote working.

Your primary responsibility will be to work with the Business Analyst to turn user stories into technical requirements, that will then be delivered by the squad. Working with our CTO to ensure tickets are delivered in line with our development standards and system architecture.  


Job knowledge and experience 

  • Experience of working is small highly focused squads that are used to delivering quality outcomes  

  • Experience in coaching and mentoring other team members 

  • Experience in making technical decisions and ensuring compliance with them 

  • Diverse exposure and experience including large-scale web applications 

  • Experience of system migration 

  • Experience of Agile, preferably Kanban 

  • Experience of working in a DevOps CI/CD environment 


Technical skills 

  • Proven ability to pick up new technical skills and use them to solve problems 

  • Commercial experience in AWS  

  • CloudFormation/CDK 

  • Serverless 

  • Lambda 

  • API Gateway 

  • Step Functions 

  • .net
